I was using meme in a sense of an idea that is out there, propagated deliberately or otherwise. Perhaps there is a better way of putting it, I dont know.

With regard to your latest link: Any fule kno that Kelly thought Saddam should be toppled, that has nothing to do with the suspicious circumstances of his death after he dared to suggest the state had hyped up its case.
I was using meme in a sense of an idea that is out there, propagated deliberately or otherwise. Perhaps there is a better way of putting it, I dont know.
