Cyclists: What colour is your bike?

Those Colnago bikes are a bit pricey aren't they.

not second hand from an old shop in italy they're not, bike jumbles too. my second colnago now, for less than 150 frame and fork. i know people who've got vintage ones unridden for less than a 1er from jumbles, no doubt the recent craze/fad will have pushed prices sky high now though

unfortunately i've gotten quite a taste for them and would find it hard to ride anything else now :o

Good old Forever no-speed like this one:

Not sure if they come in anything but black.

Specialized Tricross

That's an older model I think.
No nobbles for me.
Yes, it's aluminium :o

nowt wrong with alu done well, cyclocross is definitely the way to go for "go anywhere, do anything, quickly" type bikes. i like the shape underneath the top tube for easy shouldering, a very nice touch

That is an older one. 2008 one is green & black, 2009 is a sort of shit brown and black.

Which one ya getting?

Love my one, them extra brakes are indeed very handy.

I think I tried out the 2008 but am getting the 2009. Having to wait another day now :(

gears. I like being first off the lights :D

Fair enough, mine's single but then I can't be faffed with changing and maintaining gears. Though when big hills come up I sometimes regret my decision.

I nearly got the brown and black one - I thought it looked cool!

It does look very nice. When I say shit brown, it's cos the brown is turd coloured, but that doesn't stop it from looking very nice indeed.

Very good bikes all round.

Hadn't thought of second hand. They are lovely bikes though. I guess you get what you pay for.

The commuting fixed is blue and white (although hipster white tyres are being binned this weekend, they don't go well with greasy wet roads). The non road bike is 'ivory' - ie off white.

It's here! :D
It's mostly black, but with some brown bits
It doesn't have the double-action brake handles, that was just the one they had built when I tried it :(

that's slightly sucky, i'm sure they'll sort you out if you ask nicely and cross their palms with silver.
