I was listening to this track and the voice sounded familiar. I'm pretty sure I did the sound for her on a TV show nearly 10 years ago now. She was the sweetest girl, and a bit saucy with her kisses. She had a reveling dress that revealed a bit more to me than it should have when I put a mic on her for an interview.
Sadly I think this is her only good song.

If you can hack really old*/vintage**/hard to find/obscure, Girls At Our Best! shouldn't disappoint, especially Go For Gold.
There is one track from 'Pleasure' that refers to tea with lipstick, sugar and cream, and along with the (very pleasantly) shrill vocals, you can't get any girlier. But with a bit of a political edge.
*though maybe not as old as Noosha Fox, I dunno

cibo matto even had their own show on mtv! didn't last long though. no surprise there! they were as annoying as what you would imagine of those teenage japanese school girls dressing up. but they were back by yoko ono, that's why they made it a tiny bit on mtv.

I saw Ane Brun at the Borderline a couple of years ago & was pretty impressed.
Re. Girls At Our Best! - I think you can download from here but I haven't got sound on my PC ATM & can't vouch for it. I couldn't find anything on YouTube either. http://www.mp3.com/artist/girls-at-our-best/summary/
