To be fair, none of the above are technically 'crap crisps'. That accolade goes to the likes of XL, Bobby's, Co-op Onion Rings and Tayto's - crisps you only see in dodgy backstreet newsagents.

Taytos are food of the gods - deffo not crap.

You're damn right! I had a box of Tayto Cheese & Onion sent over for a friend's birthday last month. The ones I really yearn for are Roast Beef Monster Munch but I don't think they make them anymore

for some reason i think it was the e numbers in beef monster munch and thats why they stopped but i used to love them. mmm and bovril crisps. Anyone remember the KP monks

Talking of crisps, I had a delivery of bike parts in a box filled with curly sausages that usually would be made of some plastic stuff, but these smelled, well.... a bit tasty. A bit like puffed rice. So I tasted them and I'm still standing after 7 hours and they're not at all bad. Anyone know what they are made of? Cheap? free!!!!

Maybe try some with salt and vinegar

Salted crisps with too much salt, also any crisps with sugar on. My favourite crisps are either Burts or Cape Cod (though I haven't seen those for a while).
