Could I get away with an unusual 'do?

I've only gone and got myself a proppa unusual do now...!

Went to Vidal Babboon's highest stage of creative styling and they are working on a range of styles inspired by Dada

I now have most of my hair the shortest it's ever been - probably like a grade 3 or 4 (if blokes grades go that high) with a shorta ginge with pink mixed into it to give it a v vibrant hue and a kinda blocky front section with deep purple and blue and a sorta fringe that stops above my eyes.

It looks better than it sounds! Pics as soon as I can manage it, honest!

Sounds interesting  didn't know you could get dadist hair styles... I wanna see now :)

Is it going to be high maintenance for you?

I looked ded cool, like I'd just stepped out of the salon, when I erm, just stepped out of the salon last night but by the time I'd cycled to Seven Sisters, all the styling was gone.

Said to Kitten - "it's all been blown out of shape" Her words "there isn't much left to blow about!" :D

I don't think so! Am going to try and re-style it now. I think it'll be 3 minutes with a straightening iron!

Am not sure I like it now...my ears seem to really stick out :hmm: :(

I can't get it back to the way it was styled in the salon and get the really sharp line of the front section. Am wearing a hat atm

noooo! that's the bloody worst of getting a funky new do, not being able to recreate it at home. bit of practice and probably spending a fortune on new products will get it looking good :D

 Thanks! :D

The hat is off though. And I like it from certain angles. Will get Kitten to take a pic tomorrow when I'm all glammed up for the wedding!

I'm sending her a PM in case she's missed the thread. I'm not saying everyone else should do this too, but.......

huh? i thought it was fictional, well, i thought i'd made it up myself.

it is in dalston and according to the owner the names is talking about the way tight braiding encourages hair to grow, rather than saying they make loads of mistakes. i remember reading an interview in the hackney gazette.

:o

I did get someone to take a picture on saturday but I looked like a moon faced loon so refuse to post

Pics in the next few days, honest!
