corrie is so far ahead of anything else it's a fucking joke - all the other soaps would pack up and go home if they swept the board every year, like they should...

it's great isn't it. i rarely watch Eastenders or any of the others but when i do i realise how shit they are compared to camp ole Corrie.

I only watch this occasionally, so can someone tell me what happened? I know that David got cross and decided to drive his car into the canal (because that is what it said on the "catchup" thing behind the red button), but I don't know whether he actually did it, or just pretended, or how everyone at the wedding found out he had done it, if they did, nor why Sarah and Hubby (Jason?) came back from their honeymoon...

yes, he did it...then when they were dragging his car out, gail went all mumsie, and they all dashed to the canal-side...(where gail did that "face" again when she realised they were in the self same spot where richard hillman had tried to kill them all years earlier)...leaving sarah and jase standing at the alter...then, after a few hours, he turns up all wet and bedraggled and laps up all the sympathy...classic!

and, sarah and jase came back from honeymoon, because jase couldn't stay away whilst all that was happening, and sarah couldn't get rid of her "face", either.
