Sounds like bollox to me, but I guess they think putting the frighteners on might make a few owners give more of a sh!t.....

Lambeth's cabinet member for community safety, Labour councillor Mark Bennett, said: "Drugs are a scourge on our communities and we are stepping up our efforts to get them out of Lambeth.

Like how they are getting rid of all the dealers I see every day I walk up the high street.
