Should not or do not need to be? Is there something detrimental that happens if they are kept in the fridge? I knew you didn't need to, but not that you shouldn't.

I googled, which suggested that eggs should be removed from fridge 20 mins before cooking; otherwise nowt I could find (in an admittedly perfunctory check).

The cheddarlight's still off, guys. If you want to see mostly-unlit cheddar live on TV, this is your chance :cool:
