My version of a full English perhaps ..

unleavened wholemeal pan bread, vegan margerine, baked beans, tahini - washed down with Oolong / Keemun. :D

Maybe more of the same bread with maple syrup for afters.

Maybe substitute mild roast Costa Rican coffee, for the tea ...

I like a nice selection of hams and cheeses at breakfast, with a croissant. And a nice cup of tea. Very civilised.

Absolutely!

Beans and red sauce??!! WTF?!!!

Beans do not usually make up part of my FE breakfast. If they do then the red sauce option is immediatly removed. However with no beans I still struggle to make a choice.

Hotels' Full English usually isn't all that. If I'm actually on the Continent, the Continental breakfast is pretty nice most places. Some charcuterie, some sweeties, cheese...

On the rare occasions I do stay in a hotel it's usually a struggle to make breakfast at all, but when I do it would be cofee, toast/croissant/cake and more coffee... bloody hotel bars :D

Full English for sure.

Double portion of bacon, 2 eggs, 2 sausages, Mushrooms fried in butter, beans cooked in a pan on a high heat stirred constantly to make the sauce thicken, black pudding, 2 wedge like slices of toast, ketchup and a big mug of tea.

I think I just came...

Anyone for a side order of bubble and squeak to accompany the bacon, sausages, eggs, black pudding, fried toms, mushrooms, beans, toast and tea?

Cheers - Louis MacNeice

My Full English consists of: Crispy bacon, fried egg (yolk hard), beans, hash browns, mushrooms (portobello ftw), grilled tomato, good quality sausages, slice of bread and butter for mopping up. With a nice glass of proper fresh orange juice. And a cup of tea as well, just to be wild.

I've never tried black pudding so I don't know if I like it or not!

I've found this lush cafe near me mams, I have bacon, scrambled egg, hash browns, beans and mushrooms with toasts

Scrambled are nice if done well
Same for poached

Fried eggs are pretty good as long as they are sunny side up.
