As the nearest professional football team to MK is about 30+ miles away. Compared with us at Plough when we had both Fulham and Chelsea 5-6 miles away. Yes I would say I would expect MK to have greater support than us when we were in the old division 3, although that was in 1983/84.
You are correct, MK did not buy their ground off a dodgy property developer, they got their club at a knock down price most of the debt written off from a dodgy South African, who in turn got it from a couple of dodgy Norwegians, who got it from a dodgy bloke from the Lebanon, who in turn got it from another dodgy property developer.
The rest we have debated a number of times and you still cannot come up with a decent argument. But I am now waiting for you mention our massive hooligan problem and the trouble at Bromley, Ramsgate, Wallingford and Herne Bay..

For those who don't know, Peter Winkelman is the leader of the Milton Keynes Stadium Consortium, which made a very nice deal with the Norwegian owners of Wimbledon FC to cheat and buy Milton Keynes a football league place, instead of doing it the traditional way.

On what basis do you think they are better informed than me William?
Do they know more about the purchase of Kingsmeadow from a dodgy property speculator? Do they know more about Wimbledons debts when daddy kindly stepped in to save them? Do they know my dad better than i do?
