It's on the outskirts of a Sussex village, not far from Arundel, by a river, you could get there from Victoria station in 1hr15 mins, and walk to the woodlands from Pulborough Station in 15 minutes!
So the path/road near the woodlands wouldn't need to be jammed up with cars...
We could even kayak there from London....couldn't we ?![]()

I think if we set some rules from the start about how it will be managed and what the terms of ownership are for each of us it would be fine.
