You can't herd robot sheep either. When they got made into robots, they lost most of their sheep-like characteristics. Now they operate autonomously; wooly renegades, on the run from the law.

Who is Charlie Sheen?

Platoon and Wall Street are probably his most famous films. His dad Martin is the President in the West Wing. His brother Emilio was the sporty guy in The Breakfast Club.

Now does comedy. Kind of.

Anyway, cats. They're OK but you can't take one for a walk can you? And you can't herd them either.

herding cats? wow Ive never tried but the thought of having enough cats to herd brings a smile to my face. if youhad a piece of string and they were in a playful mood you might be able to get them to follow you into a pen or something. aahh cats :)

aaah it all becomes clear now! i watched the breakfast club years ago when really stoned and i thought people were winding me up saying that it was emilio esteves, coz i was convinced it was charlie sheen...

If that 82% figure is anything like an accurate representation of the views of the US public, that's rather interesting, but it should also be borne in mind that 44% of them are creationists (1997 figure)

This poll - and Charlie Sheen's remarks - are causing a MASSIVE storm in the USA.[/url]

Really? The top stories of an 'infotainment' nature I can find on CNN and Fox are:

Val Kilmer's detached head takes NYC by storm
Actor Tom Cruise shows that his couch-hopping days aren't over

@ Mrs M - Charlie Sheen is Martin Sheen's son. And not a very good actor

its not though is it BG - its 82% of people who could be arsed to vote in the poll.
Well quite, hence my qualification. It's quite a large figure though, so I'd be interested to see what a proper poll came up with.

Well with politicians campaigning on the radio that people go to the poll and vote AGAINST Sheen, and with a media campaign attemption to discredit him, however you look at it, 82% is utterly phenomenal.

Arrgh, can't quite resist making proper point... :(

The suggestion that the US Government covered up the real events seems quite likely to me, I might have voted yes because it's not at all unlikely the total truth hasn't been told. That's a million miles from endorsing whatever bonkers idea Jazzz is putting forward.

Okaaay....I'm none the wiser as I have not seen any of those films, but I am wiser to the fact that his opinion can hardly be said to be one with any gravitas...more like, entertainer says something, so what?

Robot bear arms? Robot bears are the worst of the robot animals. I don't mean worst as in shitpants scary, but worst as in really poop. The jetpack idea took too long so they just gave 'em bouncy spring legs and this weird Stallone voice :(

Prodigious drinker and coke fiend as well, if I recall correctly. Surely that adds a little more weight?

Its more like - entertainer stands up and risks life and career to bring truth to the world.

oooh maybe hes Jesus, hes about due isnt he?

Maybe we should sing them a song. :)

Certainly, but it is interesting even for an online poll to have such a large percentage doubting the official story. I'd put that in the context of 44% of Americans being creationists because I don't think it says anything much about reality, but it does say something quite interesting about the American psyche at the present time.

Have you any good songs? I think they might like that, but it'd have to be one of those MIDI songs without any words, cos they're robots an' all...
