You've probably already thought of this, but the guillotine idea might make a really good image for a leaflet or the stickers. Make it really big and gory.

Some of those campaigns like 'Hurry up and die Queen Mum' and the Mayday stickers seem a very long time ago now.

On the other hand, maybe the outrageous stuff has reached its logical end point and people are no longer shockable. I don't know where you go next with this sort of stuff....
