Computers are modular and made with generic, compatible parts. Mobile phones aren't.

I'm sure you're well aware that the Muslim population isn't evenly distributed but concentrated in many areas.

It would be reasonable to suggest that those areas have been significantly impacted by Muslims and Islamic culture, whether you see this as a good thing or otherwise.
