Nate (who is really into sarnies, like no-one else I have ever met) took one look at that and said - why is there bread? Shouldn't it just be a yorkshire on each side of the filling instead of bread? I feel he has a point. Edit: Oh btw I do think cold stuffing of all different types is really good in sarnies - I like a stuffing sarnie personally. Plenty of mayo or other condiments are good because day old cold stuffing can be a little dry.
