i have just ordered both brian setzer and reverend horton heat's christmas albums.

Good choices - Setzer's Xmas albums are outstanding - for my money on a par with the Phil Spector Motown album. His version of "Angels We have Heard On High" will knock your socks off.

Also worth investigating Dan Hick's Christmas Jug Band albums. Nice and laid-back, but gently subversive.

Also, Jeff Foxworthy's "Redneck 12 days of Xmas" is worth a listen
