OOOooo I have a recipe for this..........ermmm somewhere. From those uumm sexy type women that were on the telly n broughted out a book n shit. They took ppl's favourite naughty-ish meals n made them just as nice/nicer but with half the calories n haf the fat n stuff n ting and helped them go down a dress size.


Apparently the Choc. Cake with beetroot was a massive hit and is a huge fav. to make.

I've never tried chocolate and beetroot cake, but beetroot cake sounds nice. It's sweet, so I would imagine it would be nice, like carrot cake, but in a different way. The colour of beetroots is gorgeous. Chocolate would be a distraction for me.

I had it once in a restaurant in Sydney about 15 years ago and it was the best most luscious cake I have ever eaten.

I tried to make it twice, guessing the recipe a la carrot cake, but failed miserably.

Well it was brown. Now it's more like a combination of brown, purple and grey.
