choc chilli con carne

When I make veggie chilli I often bung some dark choc into it

derar gods no! not cocoa powder, you need really good quality dark chocolate

Put 4 chunks in... you could smell it while it was cooking (just a hint of chocolate)... but can't really taste it - looks like a damn fine chilli though

The proper taste test will be this weekend

I wish the weather would cool off so I could feel like eating a chilli...
