My hair is longer than yours but similar - more wavy/kinky than actual curl, and some bits of mine are naturally wav-ier than other bits. When it was shorter, I used to spray in conditioner that you leave on in the mornings, used to tame it a bit. I've also been known to sellotape down the sides when wet!

Linda Carter! That's a new one I loved her as a kid.

Yeah, one of the problems with mine is that the curls/waves aren't all equal. Some bits are ringlety and some are almost staright. It's minging.
