It's not a bookies, it's the trading/matched market (meaning no overround, the odds total almost exactly 100%) - currently almost £2million with, at decimal odds Chelsea at 1.07.The 14/1 probably understates the odds considerably, but the bookies don't want to lose a stack of money to optimistic Liverpool fans (and they know that hardly anybody is going to place a bet at 1/20).
