WouldBe Dislicksick Jun 15, 2009 #34 How about melted sugar to hold the base together? Nice and crunchy.
WouldBe Dislicksick Jul 14, 2009 #35 Oats, chopped nuts and honey work well for a cheesecake base. If a bit messy trying to get it flat and compact. The cheese filling needs some work at the moment.

I used ricotta and it was a little bit on the watery side so couldn't get it nice and fluffy. I'll have another try with a different soft cheese and report back.
