Cheapest laptop type thing?

My laptop died at the weekend, which saddens me greatly. So now I want to buy a machine that I can use to do internetting whilst sat on the sofa. What's my best, cheapest option? One of them EEE things? A reconditioned laptop off ebay or somewhere? Some manner of sub-laptop? Some sort of PDA thingy?

Criteria:

Cheaper the better. Pref. below £200
Wireless
Querty keyboard
Audio in/out would be nice, but not essential.
Did I say cheap? It needs to be cheap.
Not that bothered about bigness/smallness.

Got to be an Eee or something similar, an old IBM Thinkpad X31 or if you've got a few more quid, a new cheapo laptop:

Some of the ones in the thread above are as cheap as £270 with big screens and capable specs. But if you're just after something to slob around the sofa with, it might be worth getting summat second-hand.

The sound of me typing on my desktop in the bedroom irritates the hell out of my better half when she's trying to watch soap operas, so a second computer is necessary to ensure domestic harmony.

If I bought a thingy for it, yes. But entering text with a stylus is a pain in the arse, and it's a pretty limited sort of browser.
