It is squash & soda water BTW & its nasties are offset by the low sugar content overall (7 cal per glass), which is more important for me. Besides its a non-aspartame brand & the preservatives are of the more traditional & less problematic variety. Most uk-market fresh juices are artificially acidified with something I don't get on with, so I have to be careful (Lidl's being one of the few exceptions).

Besides a glass of that, with a generous shot of Wray & Nephew rum tastes bloody good occasionally!

Been to visit my old fella, recently retired. He makes a loaf a day in some sort of automatic bread machine. I can honestly say its the finest bread I've every eaten with a bit of lurpak. (He can't cook for toffee) He rattles on about how cheap and easy it is. smells great in th hoose too
