As I have stressed I am 48 years old, perfectly healthy - cycle 8 miles a day and if anything have cleaner habits that I did in the past.

You do it while it's still wet, swish the brush in the cleanish water, put it back in its little pot and periodically pour a little chlorine bleach over it.

You lot haven't been very helpful at all.
