Champions League draw 4.30pm

must agree that i'm a bit confused as to how sevilla can be seeded higher than real madrid. yes, sevilla have done well in the uefa cup and real haven't done so great in the champs league recently but that can't propel sevilla into the first pot surely?

doesnt look like any of the ebglaih teams will struggle. Arsenal have the easiest group.

Hopefully bordeux can pinch 2nd in group A. Allez les bleu!

Not the best of draws for Porto, but that's not the reason why I disliked the draw. Having to play against Chelsea AGAIN (it's the third or fourth time since 2004) and Atlético Madrid just one year after knocking them out of the CL makes a very dull group IMO.

Anyway. Porto has a shot at the second round, but ending up third isn't the end of the world. We have the potential to win the Competition Formerly Known as UEFA Cup.

Yeah i was wondering if i was just imagining things or if chelsea get drawn v porto every time recently...its abit boring seeing it all the time.

The league bit of the Champions League is about as crap as football gets these days IMO. Wonder if this year any of the obvious big teams will even vaguely look like not getting through - probably not. Lots of comfortable wins for English and Spanish teams coming up, some against teams who have long histories of competing in Europe but just can't manage it financially these days.:(
