Nope. All I had were comps. I would've only been about 14, listening to Peel, with no money to buy those kind of US records even if I'd have known where to get 'em from.

Actually, thinking about it, I never even saw the proper sleeves! I just used to write off to some fanzine guy (in Cambridge) who'd tape me US stuff like Let Them Eat Jellybeans for the cost of the blank cassette and the P&P...

Ah that was a good one. didn't know they were a 3 piece. I was thinking the other half (owsley -> mr.pharmacist). They look sort of late 80'sish too, so that put me off.
