I know it reNIe but it's not big enough that I can be guaranteed to get everything I want in one go as time is a wee bit limited and I don't want to be trailing to loads of shops.

There is a decently sized Tesco Metro at the Oxford Street end of Dean Street. There's also one at Piccadilly Circus.
