I think Chantelle's 'ordinary person' wild card could really be a winning ticket.

Max Clifford said she could look forward to being a big celebrity for 'ten/fifteen minutes'.

Well, I'm sure she won't mind!

Of course he does. Typical Nate.
You actually want Chantelle to win Geri?
I would have guessed you'd go for Maggot as he seems bright, humorous and not quick to judge people :)
Instead you went for the pink loving Paris Hilton lookalike who has previously done glamour modelling work que suprise :(

Preston and Chantelle have managed to be entertaining while not ripping into those weaker than them or being petty and vicious. :p

yep. i want chantelle to win, she's funny without it being at the expense of others.

:)

Bit of a toss up between Chantelle and Maggot, I went for Maggot in the end. Not totally sure why - I think I quite like the understated aspect to him in the house. I know others have seen that as wimpishness or lack of personality but I don't see it like that.

Preston is an arse imo. I don't care much for Chantelle either. I think Barrymore should be in Maudsley and as for Traci...who is she? Maggot is a non-entity.

Pete all the way!!!! :D

Naturally, being the Cinderella of the piece Chantelle should stand a chance of winning. However, Maggot is an intelligent and affable geezer, quite apart from being a total star - without the aid of being a complete cunt like Burns or Galloway. He win.

Traci – she's the only one I don't hate left in there. And I'd prefer Burns or Barrymore to win over dullards Maggot, Chantelle and Preston.

*recallibrates poll*
i wasn't changing my vote - i was just answering my own question on how the remaining housemates were going to be evicted.

could you put me back on pete?

Chantelle to win for being one of the only people willing/able to stand up for herself against aggressive self-obsessed wankers like Pete/George/Dennis

The good guys: Maggot; Chantelle; Preston; Traci; Michael (deep down)

The cunts: Pete

:)
Pah... Chantelle spends all her time making eyes at someone who has made it clear she is not available, Traci and Maggot are afraid to voice an opinion for fear that it might result in nomination and Michael steals cigarettes from the rest of the group and Preston is a two-faced chancer...
Nice that you have to see everything in black and white acid priest :p

I'm still not so sure about this... It is possible to find it difficult to voice an opinion due to lacking assertiveness or wondering whether with so many people trying to get their voices heard that it's worth the effort rather than being calculatedly silent so as to not be nominated. Some people just don't like confrontation. Despite some of the rants I've had on here in the past ( :D :o ) I don't like confrontation and I can totally see where they're coming from, even though if I had been in their situation I would have tried to force myself to intervene at times.

 Must have missed that.

I think it's more the case that they're generally of peace-keeping dispositions. And anyway, Maggot did confront Galloway when he felt that he'd been underhand about Chantelle.

Who's never cadged a fag in their entire life? Doesn't make him a bad person.

Two-faced? He's always been quite clear about what he thinks of his various co-habitants. Chancer? Yes, maybe, but that's still preferable to being a bitter, twisted cunt with a head like a football covered in Plaster Of Paris who claims he's never had a facial wrinkle touched by plastic surgery.

So little faith in human nature. :p

:) I totally agree with you there AS,, I myself lack assertiveness and dislike confrontation(even on U75), but i was willing Maggot to say something, anything, I think his veiws would be respected too, But i also think he may well be thinking,, " what the fuck are they all banging on about, its only a gameshow ffs" :D

Pete and George between them have turned this into the most astonishing and gripping TV imaginable. Without them it would have been an also ran, with nice but dull slebs congratulating each other. Those two made it must see. George has gone, so Pete should win.

I really don't think someone should be congratulated and applauded for being a pathetic bully, even of it was morbidly entertaining.

There are other ways of being interesting without being outrageously vicious.

:) I did hold a little expect for Pete the Prick when he was humorous and a wee bit outspoken, but then he turned Vile(they're all saying it now!!)
he bullies people and deliberately trys and succeeds to humiliate people, thats not a nice way to conduct yourself let alone on national tele,, and i exspect he only has people around him in RL that kiss his bottom and runn around like headless chickens to serve him,,, he is imo a tosser, infact anyone who conducts themselves in this manor and shows no respect for others, are tossers imo

Of course there are. But it's him that's kept us on the edge of our seats, because his venom is unpredictable and often cruelly accurate.

when it first started i wanted Barrymore to win, i still think he's great but Chantelle has wan me over, she'll win this no probs, she's funny, insightful and she stands up for herself against the bullies in the house :)

:) ..and she had her tits out in the Sun(or maybe a different paper) so she'll get votes for that alone

Barrymore's speech the other day was pure class - the kind of monologue that sad-eyed, resigned and embattled headmasters used to give to classes that wouldn't knuckle down. I liked him at first, then I went off him after he seemed to gang up with Pete and George, but now he's in the good books again. Respect.

I haven't made up my mind yet, but Pete has definetely helped make this show the best ever...

It really depends how I was to vote: entertainment value or character?

I don't really know...

Barrymore has grown on me in the last couple of days... It was that speech of his about being an alcoholic! I loved the drama of it and the feeling behind his words. :)

The point is that yet again the British public is going to go for the dullest person there- Pete has been so entertaining that the arguments continue on a dozen threads...
He might be mean but like George and Dennis a lot of the arguments and comments they made against others were spot on. I have no problem with the housemates that entertain us viewers winning...
If we had a BB where all the interesting people got voted off we would end up with winners like Cameron and Brian. Perhaps thats the sneaky plan of U75 posters- to prevent future BB's by promoting these half-witted glamour models :(
