Some love it. With my last cat, you could not hover the house unless you had given him a good hoovering first - he would actually roll in front of the hoover till you did him!

With my current two cats, one likes an occasional go with the dustbuster but the other is scared of the noise.

My 2 have never gotten used to the noise of the hoover. They fucking SHIT theirselves when it's switched on, and you don't see them for ages afterwards. It's the one domestic chore I can perform in peace

Our house would probably be a picture of cleanliness if not for our mog - if it's not the thin layer of cat hair which appears on every surface within in hours of hoovering, then it is bits of carpet she's plucked from the rug all over the place, or the cat litter she's strewn everywhere then trampled round the house, or the paw prints in the bath, or the bits of cat food she manages to splatter round the kitchen. Not to mention all the furniture she has shredded...

At the moment she's got an upset tummy and is borderline incontinent, so on top of everything else she's dribbling poop everywhere as well
