Does anyone want two tickets for tomorrow night - face value? My mate who's staying has a couple spare and can meet you outside/in the Albert/nearby pub or whatever to pass them on.

And just for people to note it would appear there was an organised gang of pickpockets at the Forum last night and loads of people had wallets and phones nicked (particularly but not exclusively from back pockets of people in the mosh pit) so keep an eye on you stuff innit (a number of people on the Carter forums had their tickets for tonight nicked so they may make another appearance).

This happening a lot of late - The Specials Tour has been blighted by this - hundreds of people acorss all venues have been robbed.
I got done at Brixton. Got my wallet back, with most cards, but minus cash.
The gangs are lifting wallets, nicking cash and tossing the wallets at the stage or into the mosh.

It's only really been this year that it's become a big problem with organised groups heading out specifically to rob people at gigs.
I heard there were a few rucks at Edinburgh as a group tried robbing a load of Glasgow Skins down the front....turned into a head-butt-fest!

My friends who are here say that King Blues are supporting (that's why they're going tonight as well as having gone last night) ... EMF supported Carter USM in Brixton Academy last November - could your firend be confused or has there been a change of plan?

I saw the King Blues at the Fridge last night. Their website says they're supporting Carter tonight, so maybe they're on first?

Excellent gig, light show was amazing. Only managed a bit of the after party, but was a good un. What time did you stay til nipsla/ed? Did you battle?

Really really enjoyed the. Impressive amounts of Carter t-shirtage evident in and around the Academy too.
We chickened out of the after-party, well out of the night bus odyssey really, sounds like a good time was had by all though.
