Cole is a different player to 1 year ago. This is almost certainly down to Zola, and him deciding to get his head down.

You need to assess him as he is playing now, not when he played for chelsea, villa, wolves etc etc. At the moment he is class.

I can't recall another blunder from him like that. I'm not saying he's morphed into Rooney 2 overnight, but the control for his goal was, you must admit, pretty remarkable. He was, basically, a donkey when we first got him.
