Car tax question

Ours runs out today as well - I did it online last night and am crossing my that no traffic wardens spot it before we get the new one.

Did you print out the receipt? (I always do in case of postal problems. )

I know that! But that's a bit vague... would a private car park be appropriate as long as you paid for a ticket? Lets say I was in the same situation as zenie and I didnt have a drive or garage or a mate with a drive or garage... where would I put my car?

I did but I'm going to buy one at the post office in the morning now and get the online one refunded when it comes. I have nowhere to take the van off the road so it's illegal whether I've paid the tax or not innit

You could hire a lock up, or put the car in a private car park yes.
