Can you recommend me a non-uk based talk radio station?

I occasionally listen to SplashFM which is a regional Nigerian station. I wanted something English language but culturally different. It is completely nuts. Really aggressive phone ins about diarrhea, even the adverts are bonkers. One time a traffic policeman was on to take calls and explain policy and someone phoned in and put a curse on him.

I also listen to the RTE Liveline podcast. They break down the show by topic, so around 4 podcasts each day. Lots of serious and often depressing topics, but just as many naive old women or shouty Dublin taxi drivers which makes me laugh.

This is it here.

I remember one drive time show and you just couldn't understand what the callers were saying, not sure was it the state of the Nigerian mobile network or the poor equipment at the station. The presenter had obviously lived in London for a while, due to the odd accented expression. As the calls went on and on, and he had no idea what was being said, he was trying to put a good spin on it. Mainly just telling drivers to slow down and not to drink. I found it funnier and funnier.
