Can anyone track this photo down for me?

Sweet FA

✪ Three rounds Lord, in my .44 ✪
I've been trying to get hold of a print of a picture from Sports Illustrated in 1964. It's of John Hollowbread (Spurs keeper) and shows him jumping in the air, thinking a goal's been scored against Chelsea at the other end (it hadn't as it turned out).

The picture's here on page 25.

Apparently it was used to advertise an exhibition at the V&A so it's also featured in this book;

If anyone's got the book and can find the name of the photographer, I'd be very grateful.

Cheers for any help.

It says under the photo if you zoom in. Looks like it might say Gerry Cranham who google says is a sports phoptographer whose worked for Sports Illustrated.

?

Thanks! I think I've tracked down the company who own his pictures;

Gerry Cranham Colour Library
Offside have acquired the Gerry Cranham colour library including most notably, slides of England's 1966 World Cup Victory, as well as nostalgic shots from football and sport in the 1960s and 1970s, reflecting pitches, fans, stadia and sporting icons from a bygone era.

Any idea of how much I should pay for an old print like this? I don't want to publish it or anything, it's a xmas present for my in-laws...

Well done Bosky. You must have a mighty fine and quite large monitor, I could only make out the Gerry bit but the surname was too blurry for me.
