Can anyone brighten up a picture for me?

Sasaferrato Thank fuck it's not over.

When we were on holiday, there were dogs that lived down on the beach, one of them had a pup that Mrs Sas grew quite attached to.

The pics I took were under a sunshade and quite dark.

The only thing I ever do to photos is crop, so I don't have image manipulation software.

Could someone please be so kind as to brighten this up a bit, Mrs Sas would be most grateful.

Sas - not having a go at you - have a play around on this:
    pixlr.com

free-to-use desktop image fiddling that you don't have to install on your own pc but will allow you to save your tweaked images back to it.
No I don't work for them, not a commercial endorsement, but a useful trick sometimes.

Gimp is also amazing like photoshop from a few years ago and free! It’s a poorly chosen name, but.

Bit of a big install and steep learning curve for a one off job though.
