Gone with the Wind is camp as tits.The outfits, the melodrama, the heaving corsets, Ashley, the sheer never say die bitching cooing manipulating attitude of Scarlett, the face-slapping, the technicolour sunsets...
Not saying there aren't aspects about the film that aren't camp, but by that definition any historical drama of the past would be camp. To me it's more old fashioned than outright camp. I don't think Technicolor in itself is camp for instance, it was just the technology of the time.
In the end definitions of camp are in the eye of the beholder to some degree, I can just think of many films far more camp than Gone With the Wind.
