Camera Amnesty: donate your kit for homeless photographers

    Thought I’d post about this scheme that lets you donate to a camera library that’s then used to support the Accumulate charity, running photography courses for displaced people. (It’s not just “hey you can borrow a camera”, there’s tuition and reviews and helping people build a portfolio, but obviously they need cameras to do this.)

    It’s a good use for those old cameras that you’ve replaced and don’t use any more but have never got round to eBay-ing. Complete sets are ideal (camera, lens, battery, charger, card).

    No personal connection here, I just saw it and donated myself and thought I’d let people know.

    I assumed this thread was an appeal for Stanley Edwards ...
