I think the people behind Manor Place was also the same people that were @ the restraunt in Pimlico - I'd imagine they'll be somewhere else local.

They did have a site but I cant remember the link!

If someone wants to live in a building, squatters can be evicted pretty sharpish, under PIO (Protected Intended Occupier).
