You should post this on a US board and see how they react, especially those who support and applaud his crimes and rewarded them with a re-election.
I for one can only laugh. They only get what they want and long for.

Sounds like this legislation give Bush the kind of power in an emergency, that your average middle eastern despot can exercise every day of the year.
