I was annoyed by the papers describing a 79 year old man as frail, as if it was tragic. And editor has done the same.

I didn't day it like it was "tragic." Some 79 year olds can be in fine shape. But for someone who was once such a BARE CHESTED SEX GOD it was sad to see him looking so diminished.

Why is it sad? He's 79. I wouldn't want to be described as sad and diminished just cos I got old.

His frailty may be more due to the major heart surgery he's had in recent years than just his age alone.
