Oh he is often undoubtly that and his priests are more so than him, but I think it is worth a read (despite there being plenty of gibberish, but do read it with an eye for the comedy) I wasn't putting up in 100% agreement though, just to demonstrate that the idea of 'human rights' is not universally accepted contra to what someone (i forget who now) was arguing.
