Listen mate, ye finished above us once in what, the past fifteen years or something, don't kid yourself that's it's a rivalry or anything.
It would be a rivalry if we were in the conference.

What do you mean by us, you a scouser then.

There is no real rivalry, just banter. I am of the deby with 10 reds and all sitting together. how good is that you wont see that with any other teams in the uk.

No seperation of fans.

You going the derby as well then. will meet you for a pint before. ps we could travel up from LOndon together.

Your not going are you. do you know were Anfield is ???

Yes I was at the pit that day as you call it, yobo back pass to that rooney knob,

PS were is our rent for anfield. ground rent that is.

How on earth would we owe rent to you lot when you got kicked out for not paying up?

there is still a peppercorn rent of somethi silly of 10p a year for the ground that anfield is built onng. we only got kicked out of the stadia, becoz of debts. we still own the earth underneath

10p a year times 113 years equals £11.30. Want a cheque or will cash be ok?

Might stop you lot having to sell advertising space to the Scum if we paid up.

(By the way - I'm pretty sure you don't own the ground under Anfield - I'll check up and get back to you)

I know, there are a few other bitters on here, we get on fine, though it gets a bit tiresome when it's so one-sided. :p

Give Moyes some time, ye're heading that way.

Anfield (including all the land it is built on) belongs to Liverpool Football Club & Athletic Grounds Ltd

There are 529,520 people in the City of Liverpool*

A Liverpool Echo poll in 2004, which 69% percent of Scousers answered (365,368) indicated that 72% (263,064) are Liverpool fans while only 28% (102,303) are Everton fans.

*at time of poll.

Trying to find the source on the icliverpool site now, will edit this with it when I find it.

Dont know the exact amount but a poll also indicated that of all season tickets at anfield only about 59% had a Liverpool postcard aposed to *85% of blues having a L postcode like mine which is L23 3DF.

I'm not from Wales - New Ferry. Did have an L postcode until a few years ago when they moved us into Cheshire for some reason, although the CH postcode did knock car insurance down a fair bit.

I'm a Wool, I've never said I was a Scouser. I did have an 'L' postcode until not so long ago though.

still merseyside thou or has it changed to cheshire

It's still Merseyside I think, even though we have a 'CH' postcode now. I live 100 yards from the Mersey, there's no way they're telling me I don't live on Merseyside.

i am a crosby lad , right on the beach, not that far away from the grounds, you going the derby.

Any way I really believe everton will win it, just got a gut feeling plus its a derby so form book goes out the window.

I'd love to go, not sure if I'll be able to get a ticket though - couldn't try to get one before the Christmas duties list came out and only saw that last week. Got a couple of mates at home trying, have to see what happens.

Like I said, I'm far too confident about this derby, so we're bound to lose it. Realistically, we should hammer you, but I've said that a hell of a lot of times in the last 15 years.

I will bring you a programme back if you want, you probs will give us a hammering but we will nick it againts the run of play, about time we had some luck. how come the luckiest side in football and the most unluckiest come from the same city , strange

You do try flims'.. I'll give you that, you do try... but it falls on deaf ears mostly sunshine.

Got someone getting me one, cheers though.

I think it'll be a close game, only one goal in it I reckon. Which way it goes will come down to luck on the day I reckon.
