Bucarest 5-1 Everton

HAHAHAHAHAHAHAAHHAHAHA

Champions League?!?!?! Cant even win a match in the UEFA Vase for fucks sake.

You can't play alehouse football in Europe and hope to win anything.

Maybe they'll go for the treble - drop out of the Champions League, the Uefa Cup and get relegated from the prem?
Beat me to it !

I was going to suggest they'd set a 'record' by playing in two Eurpean competitions and getting relegated from the Premiership - all in the same season !

Fuck off - the bluenoses did nothing but rub our noses in it last season, and i for one am savouring every beautiful, crisp moment of their spectacular return to form. Funny how there's a remarkable absence of Everton shirts around the city at the moment...

We lose, and they still get angry.

Sad.

Angry. Moi? Nothing pleases me more than reading the Liverpool Echo the day of the match "Yobo: We'll do it for the fans", and the day after: "You've left fans broken-hearted." In fact I've kept them along with all the ones from our champions league campaign. Keep it up!

Arse 2-0 Everton

Shall we keep this going as a 'Everton lose again' thread? Could be the longest thread ever.
That's 4 out of 5 Prem games lost.

Anyone know what the odds of them getting relegated are? Looking like a tasty prospect if this form continues.

:D

Amusingly scathing article from soccernet here:

Especially agree with:

Quite what Moyes was trying to accomplish here at Highbury is anyone's guess, but if 0-0 was the dream result then his team were desperately short of what they needed to batter the Premiership's reputation into submission once again.

Everton were woeful and if they finish fourth this season, I will walk naked from London to Liverpool next May. I'm confident my dignity will not come under too much threat.

Completly flattened from behind whiplash stylie. Appeared to be fitting on the ground :(
Took him off in a neck brace on a stretcher, he was down for ages.
I hope he's alright

Sadly when you've got dicksprings like big drunk elbowing people in the face you tend to get the oppo's going in hard as well

Said in the Echo he swallowed his tongue. I could be wrong but didn't a player die about 20 years ago after swallowing his tongue in a similar incident?

Glad to hear he's going to be OK,can't comment on the tackle cos i didn't see it but it sounded awful.

Ambulance called but he's sitting up.

Proud of our performance tonight. Hope we can carry it forward.

Narrowly defeating a European pub team?

Moyes out by Christmas unless tactics change

You've been totally found out, you were shit but very luck this season
