Shit, got to start watching my bandwidth. 60Gb in 10 days. I think its 100Gb month and they start to notice you...

I've done over 100gb easily and not had any trouble (downloading oodles of gigs of films and music and running a tor proxy at 50kbps 24/) but then I buy through a reseller, so maybe it's up to them to complain to me?

Yeah, but I don't download videos or music as I'm not that sophisticated, but I'm on it from around 7.00pm - 1.00am every day on and off

It's not just that though, all those bloody patches (software including games) and games demo come to quite a bit too (some game demos are a gig a piece!)...

I get REALLY variable service from Be in terms of speed. Had 18MBPS but at the moment it's down to 1/10th of that...

It does vary during peak times, but even during the worst times I get 800Ks on bittorrent.

though i now itch for be type speeds

The most I can ever get is 100kps either way

I'm just grateful my connection is cheap at about 3.50 (pounds) a month. otherwise I would be getting well arsed off with the slow connections compared with what people in the UK can get now...
