I bought some Windmill bread at the festival earlier this month. It was amazing! A friend suggested freezing some of it as the loaf it quite large...

Anyone been to Brixton Windmill?
I want to go and photograph it but not sure if I need tickets first?
I dont want to go inside, just right outside it to take a good few photos.
The last time i was there was during primary school trip in the late 1980s. How time flies by....

I used to live near it. Was in the park with my mate, on acid or E, and being disturbed by loud children when my mate came out with "We're mellow but we're not that fucking mellow." Cue funny looks from parents.

But you can also go inside if you want.... Just need to plan ahead and book a tour when its open. Next dates 9 and 10 September

this takes me back! I remember the guide talking about flour once being grinded in the windmill. This was when I went as a 9/10 years old. Now 39...

Brixton Windmill (the one with the sails, not the pub!) is hiring! We need a Business Development Manager and a Project Administrator to help us promote and grow the new Brixton Windmill Centre. Both part time, fixed term contracts.
