I've been sent this. I can't verify any of the claims nor share the photos, but if you've witnessed anything, send me s PM:

My name is +++++ and although we don't live in Brixton, he is working at Electric Avenue. There is some sick person walking around Brixton, Brixton Market setting his dogs on cats. In last few days at least 2 cats were killed by his dogs while just watches on. Police was informed and is coming to collect video/photo evidence today. I got in touch with Brixton community groups and was advised to contact you. I attached what was collected so far. Some of it is distressing. Please spread the word, pople were very upset, also animals suffer. His dogs are clearly danger to the community.

Did they give a description? There is a guy with two powerful dogs, one black one tan, which are never on the lead. I have seen him walking then away from a cat killing before. I think I posted about it on here.

Yep.

God - how awful. I saw a guy near St Paul's the other day encourage his huge dog to take chunks out of a tree in broad daylight with tons of people passing.

Lots of complaints about this in Brockwell park recently. Apparently it's a way to train fighting dogs.

If you can do a Buzz article it would be good to draw attention to this cunt. Appreciate there may be legal issues.
I'm fairly recognisable around town and really wouldn't like to find myself facing an aggressive ant-vaxx loon and his rabid dogs, so I've just reported him to the police. I'd encourage others to do the same.

I've heard talk of some of the shopkeepers looking to take matters into their own hands if this problem isn't sorted.

This was previously referenced here and here.

There was also concern when dangerously out of control dogs attacked a local human being about a mile away, 18 months earlier. The individual responsible was successfully prosecuted

Several people have identified this guy as the one responsible for letting his dogs kill cats: London boxer jailed for 'hitting police horse on backside' during protest

In a what may be a remarkable coincidence, the individual to whom reference is apparently being made likes to be known as ‘Bigdog’.

The folks whose cat was killed on Josephine Avenue by his dogs have reported him to the police.

The individual to whom reference is apparently being made appears somewhat susceptible to a right cross (or three):

In addition to being reported to the police, there has now also been press interest in this matter:

"MyLondon confirmed the man in the first video was Mr Warren by asking traders and street cleaners to verify the dog walker alongside a mugshot released in 2022 and by matching a distinctive piece of jewellery seen in the video to one he is seen wearing in photos on his social media account.

When MyLondon visited Mr Warren’s flat on Hartington Road in Nine Elms, we found two dogs matching the description who barked ferociously and launched themselves against the door ..."

Latest update on the cat killing scrote

He breached his court order and there is video evidence in support. Journalist is working on it, so hopefully police will lock him up. Apparently this man believes in natural selection and that's why he never stops his dogs.

So, this guy has two dogs one of which (the black one) is running around killing cats and the cunt doesn't give a shit. In the article, his dog attacked a cat in Brixton Market. He lives around my area in Vauxhall. In July 2024, his troublesome black dog chased my Chloe into our block and almost attacked her. She managed to hold her ground despite being cornered and hissed and lunged at him, luckily backing him off. I was furious and asked him why his dogs aren't on a leash to which he replied, why should they be and dogs attack cats anyway and walked off.

It has a history of attacking people and cats:

-It was responsible for killing our local pub cat, but unfortunately, the pub owners refused to call the police because they didn't want their windows smashed
-It attacked a woman and her dog, who has since contacted solicitors in order to take action as Lambeth are useless.
-It bit the hand of local man.
-It attacked a woman's small dog and I've been told it just recently killed another cat.

I've contacted Lambeth and got the below response

If you live Lambeth/Vauxhall please contact Donald Ford to express your concern. [email protected]

Thank you.

We will (1) check whether this person is a Council tenant and (2) liaise with the police.

Our response will depend on what we find out.

If he is a Council tenant then we will definitely take enforcement action against him.

Is he actually setting the dog on the cats? If he is than that's a criminal offence. Try having a word with the RSPCA.

Update about the prick with the cat killing dogs

I'm annoyed I didn't see this post. He was near my flat last thursday without the dogs on a leash. The black one came up to me while I was riding my bike. took me by complete surprise when I felt it on my leg. I wasn't even stationary. Would have stopped and taken a video from the distance.

I would say that those dogs are "dangerously out of control" even if they aren't a banned breed.

The police / rspca will need time-stamped videos / images [hold the phone still enough for clear images - very difficult, I know] to use for evidence. Or CCTV

Good luck, he & the dogs sound most unpleasant ...

"Police are investigating reports of a dangerous dog after MyLondon revealed a former heavyweight boxer is accused of letting his pet storm through Brixton Market mauling cats. Scotland Yard say officers are looking at two incidents on February 12 and 13, while the owner has been issued a civil injunction, legally requiring he keep the dog on a lead or face prosecution at the magistrates ..."

Owner of 'dangerous dog' (Alexander Warren aka AJ "Bigdog" Carter) that's 'terrorising Brixton Market' warned to keep it on lead, police confirm

"A horse-spanking former heavyweight boxer has been spotted with his dog off the lead barely a week after police ordered he control the cat killer in public. Alexander Warren, 37, was caught on video in Brockwell Park at 1:14pm on Tuesday (March 4) with his black dog roaming free, much to the horror of Lambeth residents who fear their beloved pets will be mutilated if they let them outside ..."

Thank goodness for MyLondon's Court and Crime Reporter, Callum Cuddeford:

Such a nasty, cruel man and yet the police seem powerless to stop his trail of carnage. How would he like it if he saw something tear the intestines out of his dogs?

I know the cat that was killed. It belongs to a family who live a few doors away from me. The article says he was attacked on 21 Feb. This is a still from a video I took of him in the garden below my flat on the night he was killed. Pixel description reads video taken at Feb 21 2:15 am

Here is a pic I took of him a while back

I can't even begin to imagine how angry and vengeful I'd feel if my cat had been killed.

Absolutely. I will try to speak to the family and offer my condolences when I see them. Unfortunately we had a falling out in Dec 2023 over their ginger cat and stopped talking to each other.
