Actually I believe the ridiculous and unpronouncible term "LDN" is supposed to refer to a kind of cross-media BBC operation. So we have the LDN news on the telly and then also Radio LDN although I think we are actually supposed to call that BBC LDN 94.9 or something like that; I have lost track and prefer just to call it Radio London or GLR as it was called before that.

An organisation called LDN sounds like they would look to hire unpronouncible employees. Perhaps you should send in a CV, qmcnnx.

I think this is a good moment to mention that the best thing on BBC GLR LDN 94.9 FM is Danny Baker whose show runs from 3 till 5 and which can also be found via the listen again function.
