Most of the documents are helpfully scanned the wrong way up and in black&white - meaning you cant really tell what some of the diagrams are! Bah....

The thing that amused me was in the standard details there were some for stainless steel street furniture. Are they DDA compliant? Don't think they are (or hoops have to be jumped through & it's not as easy as something with a painted or galvanised finish). And what happens to the taxi rank? Nice, interesting read though.
