Taken by yours truly.

what sort of moron are you?

you're comparing the captain having a quiet word with the referee, to having a ref mobbed by angry primadonnas

judge taylor on what he did- he mis-timed a tackle
he didnt mean to break eduardo's leg, the FA dont levy fines for breaking people legs

it was a freak accident. get over it.

the behaviour of football players (and fans) has been disgraceful for so long, people have started to think it's normal

the FA's clampdown on abusing referees is too little too late

the FA should concern itself more with refs being bloody useless and geting everything wrong - like idiot Stiles last week

as Ive said in a few places Arsenal are due about 3 penalties and a few offside goals - I hope all the luck arrives over the next 14 days.

for all the whinging about the Boro disallowed goal, the fact is the corner that led to your equaliser should have been a foul to boro.

Swings and roundabouts.

I said you dont know - which you don't

so in the light of no evidence for or against intention to break a leg then I'm afraid it's only right to assume that there was no intention . I have seen fouls just as bad but without the bad luck of a leg breaking commited by a fair few players ( one being an arsenal player but of course he wouldn't deserve a ban for a mistimed tackle would he  ) which haven't recieved the same punishment Taylor has got . So in the case of Taylor precedent seems to suggest any ban for him ( and even the red card ) were excessive punishments !

What Im saying is that red cards should be assessed - not a straight 3 match ban for whatever. How can dissent ever be as bad as that kind of tackle?

how many fucking times you thick cunt!!!!

He wasn't given a three match ban for dissent, he wasn't sent off for dissent, he was given a second yellow card for constant dissent and recieved the three match ban for bringing the game into disrepute by refusing to leave the pitch, chasing after the ref and having to be dragged off by Max who does the door at the Phoenix Club.

he received 2 yellows, which is only a 1 match ban, revol has politely explained where the other 2 matches came from

oh go away you brain dead little boy - I was talking about the other matter

staright red cards - which you would have understood if you could read and take in sentences properly

no - you moronic twit - the straight red that Aliadiere got - as I said red cards should be assessed - straight ones

now if you were capable of reading a whole paragraph and digesting information, you would have understood that.

the other matter of what exactly?

the time he got sent off in an under 12 game?

and seriously the quote you are responding to goes at the top ffs!

eh no, you followed your whinge about a three match ban by whinging about dissent not being nearly as bad as taylor's tackle and considering this thread is about Mascherano's ban...

The rules are simple, straight red you get a three match ban, two yellows you miss one, act like an utter mental fuckwit and refuse to leave the pitch and face the chance of further suspension by bringing the game into disrepute.

no it wasn't - he didn't flag because he didn't see it

all 3 pundits on tv said it was offside under any rules

no they didn't, what they said was that the modern rules are too complex and open to too wide of subjective interpretation.

The goal wasn't offside cos the player who was in an offside position wasn't interfering when the pass was made and ran back into an onside position in the second phase of play.

You can argue about what constitutes interfering with play and even throw up the tiresome cliche of 'What are you doing on the pitch if you aren't' but under the current rules the linesman was quite right to allow it.

absolute tripe

I said red cards should be assessed - like they used to be. Because straight reds are given for varying degrees of sin, in my view there should not be automatic 3 match bans. Aliadieres straight red was a joke.

And you always have to introduce appalling language which would tend to suggest you struggle to use any alternatives.

there is never an excuse to use language like that in my view. I know it's the norm on these forums but that's because 80% are grammatically challenged and couldn't tell you the difference between your and you're - I don't think you have that problem.

you'd make a saint swear to be honest.
