If you're creating artwork for musicians, with photos of them in, do you need to remove brand logo's from clothing to avoid copyright issues? Or would it be considered incidental in the photo?

Odd question I know, someone asked on reddit, and I don't know the answer, but its something I should know and don't.

I wouldn't think it's a problem at all but I'd probably try and blur out enormo-brands because, well, fuck 'em.

I'd edit them out to avoid even the risk of the brands fucking me. They can spend more on lawyers than I can.
